Florida’s next hot spot for ultra-wealthy residents priced out of Indian Creek has just notched a record home sale

Allison Island is becoming the go-to spot off the coast of Miami for 1 percenters who are getting priced out of ultra-exclusive Indian Creek island — famously home to Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez.

A spec house on Allison Island just sold for $31.5 million, marking the biggest property sale there. The sellers were developers Fred Karlton and his son Aaron, as first reported by the Real Deal. The buyer is financier Paul Casey and his wife, Viktorija, according to documents obtained by Gimme Shelter.

The listing broker was Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp, LLC. Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty repped the buyer. Both declined to comment.
