Thirsty thieves steal 80 trendy Stanley cups from Dick’s Sporting Goods on Long Island

Two thirsty thieves stole 80 Stanley drinking cups from a Dick’s Sporting Goods on Long Island, cops said.

The two men made off with $3,225 worth of the trendy metal water-jugs but were caught on surveillance cameras at the Dick’s in Commack just after 2 p.m. on Feb. 4, according to Suffolk County Crime Stoppers, Patch reported.

by Suffolk County Police.

The pair strolled out of the sporting goods store but are now wanted for grand larceny. Police are offering a cash reward for information that leads to their arrest, according to that report.

Dick’s Sporting Goods did not respond to a request for comment.
