Hochul event at CUNY campus canceled over security concerns, expected anti-Israel protest

An event with Gov. Kathy Hochul at CUNY’s City College campus in Harlem Thursday was canceled at the last minute over security concerns and an expected anti-Israel protest, officials said.

Authorities said there were concerns that protesters — possibly including some who took over a building at Barnard College Wednesday — would disrupt the event.
