Palm Beach prices continue to skyrocket thanks to the post-election “Trump bump,” and this new-construction waterfront home asking $47.5 million is no exception.
The spec house, completed this year, sits on just over 1 acre in Palm Beach Gardens, a private community.
The seller is Stamm Development Group, which bought the property at 2415 Casas De Marbella for $11.5 million in 2023, according to property records.

The modern home boasts a chef’s kitchen with three islands and plenty of luxurious touches.
Smart-wired, the main residence features custom oak millwork and 12-foot ceilings.
There’s also a gym, a spa, a hair salon, a massage studio, a screening room with soundproofed walls, a wine cellar — as well as a lounge, a sauna and a lap pool.

Outside, there’s a pool, a fire pit, a tennis court and a new dock with Intracoastal access (with room for a 90-foot yacht). In addition, there’s a guest house, a garage, a security hut and a separate six-car “trophy” garage for collectors.
The home was designed by Affiniti Architects and Decorators Unlimited — and furnished by Artefacto.
The listing brokers are Michael Costello and Chris Deitz of Compass.
