Marcus Jordan name-dropped his famous father, Michael Jordan, while getting arrested for driving under the influence early Tuesday morning.
Page Six obtained footage of the 34-year-old’s conversation with cops after they found him and an unidentified woman sitting inside a blue Lamborghini SUV that had gotten stuck on train tracks.
Marcus told the Maitland Police Department that he “thought [he] was making a right” but accidentally “turned onto the train tracks.”
Although he asked the cops to help move his car, they quickly realized that he was showing signs of intoxication — such as “slurred speech.”
Things became tense after the officers asked him to take his hands out of his pockets and attempted to search his waistband.
“There’s nothing in my pockets,” he said, before bringing up the NBA star, 61, as a way to get out of trouble.
“Bro, I’m Marcus Jordan. I’m Michael Jordan’s son,” he said as they patted him down. “I’m not doing anything wrong. I’m just trying to get home. And I made a wrong turn, OK?”
He continued, “And clearly, we would just like to get our car off the f—king train tracks, which we were not trying to be on.”
Marcus and the woman seemed to find the situation funny, chuckling as they pleaded their case.
However, their mood shifted after one of the officers told Marcus he had “concerns for [his] level of impairment.”
“I can smell alcohol coming from you and you’re on train tracks,” the police officer told him.
While Marcus said he “appreciated” his “concerns,” he ensured the cops that he was “not inebriated.”
However, Marcus later admitted he had “a little bit” to drink that night and became agitated during the field sobriety tests — which he failed.
Marcus grew increasingly frustrated after cops placed him in handcuffs and began searching his pants and pockets.
“You wanna see my d—k? You wanna check under my nuts too?” he asked the officers.
“The way you f—king searching [me] … There ain’t s—t,” he continued. “It’s just a big d—k and some big balls.”
However, they allegedly found a small baggie full of a white powdery substance on the “Traitors” alum. It later tested positive for cocaine, which the officers claimed explained his “agitation.”
Marcus resisted when police tried to get him in the back of the squad car, leading one officer to shove him inside.
He continued to argue with the arresting officer as they drove him to a nearby jail, where he was charged for a DUI crash with property damage, possession of cocaine and resisting an officer without violence.
“Y’all feel great, right? Y’all feel good?” he sarcastically asked. “Y’all can smile tomorrow when y’all talk to your superior [that] you brought in Marcus Jordan.”
Marcus couldn’t fathom that the cop “didn’t know” who he was.
He was released on a $4,000 bond a few hours later and has yet to address the situation.
