Tom Brady is reportedly considering selling his waterfront estate on Florida’s ultra-exclusive Indian Creek Island, where property values have skyrocketed since Amazon titan Jeff Bezos joined the enclave.
Sources told Bloomberg the former NFL star’s newly completed mansion is being privately shown to a handful of prospective buyers, with bids already exceeding $150 million.
If it sells for even that sum, it would break a home-sale record for Miami, most recently set in 2022 when Ken Griffin purchased a sprawling Coconut Grove compound in 2022 for some $107 million.
Brady’s 2-acre estate, which he built from scratch after purchasing the lot for $17 million in 2020 with ex-wife and supermodel, Gisele Bündchen, features a two-story waterfront home, a separate gym and a cabana.
While there’s no official listing yet, discussions are ongoing, though it’s unclear if a deal will be finalized, Bloomberg reports.
It is also unclear where Brady, 47, plans to reside full-time. But he has noted in the past his desire to move back to the West Coast where he grew up.
The seven-time Super Bowl winner owns a 14,000-square-foot Brentwood, California estate that he is currently renovating. And earlier this year, he purchased a minority stake in the Las Vegas Raiders.
In the last year, Brady relocated to South Florida after retiring from the NFL. He secured office space for his family business in nearby Bay Harbor, just minutes from Indian Creek.
The Post has reached out to Brady for comment.
Floor plans for his Indian Creek Island mansion he once shared with Bündchen were completely axed, The Post previously reported. Instead, Brady put in place his own floor plans.
The new home, which was recently completed, features a “new two story single single family residence with a security building, gym, cabana, pool, sport court, emergency, landscaping, septic system,” property documents showed.
The potential sale underscores Indian Creek’s emergence as one of America’s priciest communities. Already a billionaire haven, the man-made island’s real estate market has soared in value, fueled in part by Bezos, who has purchased three properties totaling $230 million there since 2023.
An empty lot next to the Amazon founder’s holdings is currently being marketed for $200 million. Brady’s property could set a new benchmark for South Florida luxury real estate.
Meanwhile, Bündchen, purchased a mansion across the water in Surfside.
