Musician/actor Joe Jonas has been spotted house hunting in Greenpoint, Brooklyn — not far from his current pad in Dumbo. One residence he toured, our spies said, was a $5.65 million penthouse triplex at 584 Leonard St.
At 3,102 square feet, the snazzy penthouse comes with four bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms — and two levels of outdoor space. It’s located in Brooklyn’s trendy Greenpoint neighborhood, in an area that is currently being branded as NOMAC — for “North of McCarren Park” — where North Williamsburg and Greenpoint meet.
Common charges are $1,740 a month.
Last May, Jonas bought an apartment in Dumbo at the Olympia for $6.7 million. However, we hear, he is thinking about buying an even larger space to accommodate his two young daughters, Delphine, 2, and Willa, 4 — hence, his Greenpoint visit. The Dumbo pad is a three-bedroom, four-bath space that measures 2,654 square feet.
In Greenpoint, the home’s design details include recessed lighting, ceilings up to 10 feet, oak floors — and a 30-foot atrium above an open, modern oak staircase. The main floor features a primary bedroom suite with garden views, a walk-in closet and spa-like bath, while the modern stairs lead to a second-floor family room/media lounge that opens to a terrace with Manhattan skyline views. Additional bedrooms are on this floor, including one with terrace access.
There’s also an open living/dining area with a chef’s kitchen and breakfast bar with stool seating. The top floor features a 1,000-square-foot rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen and panoramic views. It’s one of two units in a four-story building designed by Pliskin Architecture and developed by LTNG last year.

At the same time, Jonas’ former bachelor pad at 199 Mott St. in Manhattan is back on the market for $5.99 million. Jonas paid $5.6 million for that three-bedroom, three-bath loft in 2018 — a year before his surprise Vegas wedding to “Game of Thrones” actress Sophie Turner following a Billboard Music Awards event. Their divorce was finalized last September.
Jonas first listed the Nolita apartment for $6.5 million in 2020 and it finally sold last year for $5.3 million to a mystery buyer, who has put it back on the market with interior designs by Sarah Ivory.
The listing brokers of the second-floor unit at 199 Mott are Carl Gambino, Reilly Adler and Les Meyers of Compass.
