“Vanderpump Rules” star James Kennedy has been arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence, according to TMZ.
Police were reportedly called to a home in Burbank, Calif., Tuesday night about an argument between Kennedy, 32, and an unidentified woman.
Witnesses who saw the fight claimed the reality star “grabbed” the woman, but officers didn’t see visible injuries on her, TMZ reported.
Kennedy and his girlfriend, Ally Lewber, were at Kathy Hilton’s Christmas party the night of the incident.
Police have not confirmed that Lewber, 28, was the woman with Kennedy at the time of the incident.
Kennedy was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence and later released on a $20,000 bail.
The Burbank City Attorney’s Office is reportedly reviewing the case for possible charges, according to TMZ.
The Post has reached out to Kennedy’s rep for comment.
Kennedy has been dating Lewber since January 2022. Before that, he was in relationships with fellow “VPR” alums Kristen Doute and Raquel Leviss.
One week before Kennedy’s arrest, Lewber exclusively told The Post at an event in West Hollywood that the pair’s relationship was “the best that we’ve ever been.”
“And I think it probably has to do with the fact that we haven’t been filming in a while,” Lewber said, referring to the news that Bravo is rebooting “Vanderpump Rules” with an all-new cast for Season 12.
“I’m excited to just kind of let our relationship almost breathe and not have the pressure [of filming],” she continued. “I think it’ll be nice to just feel like we have some privacy and, like, [we] can actually focus on us.”
On Nov. 26, the network revealed that the next season of “Vanderpump Rules” will feature Lisa Vanderpump and a new group of “close-knit SUR-vers who are as complicatedly involved with one another as their iconic predecessors.”
Production will begin next year, and casting has yet to be set.
Following Bravo’s announcement about the next season, Lewber told Us Weekly that Kennedy was “grieving and just feeling emotions” about the reboot news. She added that she wasn’t with him when he found out he was off the show.
“I wasn’t there so I didn’t get to see him, but I would call and check in and he’d be like, ‘I’m fine.’ He was just going to the gym and doing his thing, but I could just tell he was a little low. But I think he was reflecting,” Lewber said.
“It was just an insane part of his life. I think he’s proud — I know he’s so proud — of where he’s at now compared to where he started the show,” Lewber went on.
Kennedy was a heavy drinker when he joined “Vanderpump Rules” in 2014. He got sober in 2023 after Tom Sandoval’s affair with Leviss, known as “Scandoval.”
“James, he’s in therapy, he’s sober, I’m really proud of him,” Lewber said about Kennedy in January, per Us Weekly.
