Sylvester Stallone buys a Hamptons mansion for $24.95M in an all-cash deal

Sylvester Stallone has closed on the purchase of a handsome Hamptons home for his daughters — for around $25 million, Gimme Shelter can reveal.

In a stealth move, the “Rocky” legend flew to New York from Palm Beach weeks before the closing to tour the mansion for the very first time. That’s because he had signed a contract and plunked down a hefty deposit to buy the ritzy residence before he ever laid eyes on it in person, as Gimme reported previously.

“He had just done a FaceTime tour until recently,” a source said.

It’s an all-cash deal for the home’s full $24.95 million asking price, we hear. The transaction does not yet appear in sales records.

Sly’s three daughters — Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet, two of whom now live on the East Coast, as chronicled in the second season of “The Family Stallone” on Paramount+ — are excited about the purchase, the source said.

Stallone, 77, and his wife, former model Jennifer Flavin, 55 — who live as empty nesters in a $35 million Palm Beach mansion — also plan on spending time in the Hamptons home as well, the source added.

The new-construction, eight-bedroom dwelling is in East Hampton. It was developed by interior designer James Michael Howard and came fully furnished.

Turn-key ready, it’s filled with pricey antiques, custom furnishings, art and finishes. The 11,644-square-foot spread is also a mile from the Atlantic — and this is a record price for the non-oceanfront neighborhood, the source also added.

As it stands, the home is picture-perfect, with a pool and pool house on 1.1 acres.

It opens to a double-height foyer, a staircase and a great room that leads to an eat-in chef’s kitchen. There’s also a dazzling jewel-tone formal dining room, a family room with a woodburning fireplace, radiant heated floors, a screening room and a main bedroom suite.

The co-listing brokers are Martha Gundersen and Paul Brennan, both of Douglas Elliman, and Corcoran’s Gary de Persia — all of whom declined to comment.
