Christian McCaffrey suffered a knee injury in the second quarter of “Sunday Night Football” against the Bills.
The 49ers running back seemed to have his knee buckle as he was running the ball on a first down play in Orchard Park.
McCaffrey quickly slid to the ground, which had been covered in snow, and limped off the field toward the sideline.
He was listed as questionable to return.
