The family’s nightmare began as the child’s father parked his Acura RDX on Mac Donough Place in the Country Club section of the Bronx on Thursday and took his 2-year-old inside the family’s home, cops said.

When he returned moments later to get his 7-year-old, he saw a stranger drive off with his son still inside, cops said.

Police used the child’s mom’s phone to track the car on the Acura app.

As police hunted for the stolen car and boy, they got word of an accident involving a vehicle that matched the Acura’s description.

A witness called cops after finding the boy standing outside the Acura crying, a police source said.

He allegedly forcibly removed a bag from a 42-year-old man, according to cops.

Sakho has one prior arrest for criminal possession of a loaded weapon in April, police sources said.

He was awaiting arraignment Saturday afternoon.
