Gwen Stefani, 55, released her fifth solo studio album, “Bouquet,” last week, and we hear that she celebrated with a big Japanese feast at Fushimi in NYC’s Times Square.

The “Hollaback Girl” hitmaker treated her band and crew to dinner and (perhaps in a bid to save for the hefty tab) Stefani even took the subway there, we hear!

The dinner set the star back $3,000, but the restaurant blasted her new album for the entire restaurant to hear.

The No Doubt frontwoman was gracious, posing for pictures with fellow diners and “smiling ear to ear” after her group’s four-hour dinner, a spy told Page Six.

Stefani’s husband — and former “The Voice” coach — Blake Shelton, didn’t make it out for the celebration, but he was top of mind when creating the visuals for her new album.

Stefani appears on the cover rocking a cowboy hat and, “not because this is a country record. I didn’t go country,” she told her followers on release day via social media.

“It’s kind of a nod to the love of my life because he’s a country boy,” she said.

Photographer Ellen von Unwerth, who has shot artists like Janet Jackson, Hole and Rihanna, was behind Stefani’s latest album imagery.

The singer described getting back into the studio as “surreal.”

“I wanted new music so bad. I wanted to work with Ellen von Unwerth,” she said.

Stefani also thanked her fans “for making me feel worthy to still write songs. It’s such a blessing, and being able to share it with you guys… you have no idea what it makes me feel like,” she said.

“’Bouquet’ represents a blend of everything that I’ve ever been and who I’ve evolved into. Each one of the songs was picked like individual flowers to create a bouquet of the past, the present and the seed of hope for the future,” she said in a statement.
