Violent masked mugger and baby-faced partner-in-crime rob 3 NYC straphangers: cops

A masked mugger and his baby-faced accomplice robbed Manhattan straphangers in three violent pre-dawn incidents on the rails, cops said Wednesday.

The two brutes first targeted a 60-year-old man sitting on a bench on the southbound No. 6 platform at Bleecker Street around around 5 a.m. Oct. 10, authorities said.

They punched and kicked the victim in the head before ripping about $65 from his pants pocket, police said.

The attackers then escaped on an oncoming No. 6 train, police said.

Meanwhile, the victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital for a cut on his forehead.

The violent hooligans struck again around 3 a.m. Thursday – this time targeting a 58-year-old man at the 42nd Street-Times Square train station, cops said.

The pair pushed the victim to the ground on the mezzanine level of the station before grabbing his cell phone and wallet, authorities said.

The suspects fled on foot and the victim refused medical attention.

The callous crooks then made their way downtown – next accosting a 56-year-old man riding a southbound No. 2 train approaching Fulton Street around 4:30 a.m. that same morning, cops said.

They punched him in the face before grabbing his cell phone and about $80, authorities said.

The muggers then ran out of the station, cops said.

The battered victim, left with pain and swelling on his face, was taken to Bellevue Hospital for treatment.

The two attackers were still on the lam Wednesday, as police released surveillance video of the duo jumping a subway turnstile.

One was wearing a gray hoodie with a small skull-and-crossbones design, with a black mask covering the lower part of his face.

The other is shown wearing orange pants, a gray jacket and a black hat.
