Ex-Eagles player Nigel Bradham arrested for speeding on suspended license —with his kids in the back

Troubled former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham was arrested for speeding on a suspended license with his two kids sat in the backseat, with a warrant already out for his arrest.

The 2018 Super Bowl champ was caught during a traffic stop in Tallahassee on October 10 for going 78 mph in a 55 zone with his two kids in the backseats of his KIA SUV, TMZ first reported.

Bradham, 35, admitted to officers that he knew he was illegally driving on a suspended license — and not for the first time, according to a Florida highway patrol report obtained by the outlet.

The 2018 Super Bowl champion was then cuffed and transported to a local jail, where he was released shortly after, the outlet reported.

This wouldn’t be Bradham’s first brush with the law. The pro baller was caught with three pounds of weed and guns in his Corvette in 2021 and was sentenced to 30 days probation, according to the Tallahassee Democrat.

Miami-Dade police also arrested him on suspicion of carrying a concealed firearm throughout an airport — just two months after being cuffed on suspicion of battery/aggravated assault from an alleged incident at a Miami hotel, according to the NHL.

The former linebacker was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL Draft and was then picked up by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2016 for a $7 million contract– helping them to Super Bowl victory in 2018 against the New England Patriots.

Bradham has taken on 619 total tackles over 116 games in his career.
