‘Bachelorette’ Jenn Tran lists key qualities she wants in next partner after brutal split: ‘Someone who listens to me’

In order to kiss the girl, you need to meet the criteria.

Jenn Tran, who performed as Ariel on Tuesday’s Disney Night on “Dancing With the Stars,” revealed what she is looking for in her real-life Prince Eric.

“I’m looking for someone who’s compassionate,” the reality star exclusively told The Post. “Someone who listens to me. Somebody who knows how to make me feel better when I’m down. Somebody who just cares about me.”

Jenn Tran shares what she is looking for in her real life Prince Eric.

“I think empathy is the most important thing in a relationship, to be able to put yourself in somebody else’s shoes,” she continued. “And so being able to support them in the way that they need to be supported. And that’s really what I’m looking for.”

Although the ‘DWTS’ contestant didn’t find her happily ever after in Joey Graziadei after appearing on his season of “The Bachelor” in 2024, the two did reunite for a team dance segment, dancing to “I 2 I” from “A Goofy Movie.”

As for how Tran felt about entering the ballroom with Graziadei? She admitted, “Honestly, it was so much fun to be able to dance with Joey.”

“Like, it’s crazy to think that a year ago we were on ‘The Bachelor’ together and now we’ve gone our own separate paths,” continued Tran. “But we’re still such good friends, we’re rooting for each other every chance that we get and celebrating each other’s successes. And that just makes me so happy.”

Throughout Season 33 of the show, there has been nothing but support between the Bachelor nation members. Graziadei spoke about Tran’s casting at the beginning of the season, telling Us WeeklyI’m excited. I mean, Bachelor Nation runs deep, right?”

The 28-year-old added, “They always do ‘Dancing With the Stars,’ so it’s an exciting opportunity, and we’re just gonna have fun with it.”

Tran made history by becoming the first “Bachelorette” lead star to propose to her season’s winner, Devin Strader, as opposed to her final pick asking for her hand in marriage.

However, the engagement didn’t last long.

During the “After the Final Rose” special, Tran was in tears as producers forced her to watch the proposal and then talk about the breakup to host Jesse Palmer and the audience.

“He’d basically said that he didn’t love me anymore and didn’t feel the same way and felt like something had been off since the second that he proposed. He regretted getting engaged,” Tran revealed.

Strader was then brought out onstage and the exes hashed out their differences on live TV.
