A personal trainer has accused Sean “Diddy” Combs in a new lawsuit of spiking his drink and then passing his “drugged body around like a party favor” at a celeb-filled awards show afterparty at his Los Angeles mansion.
The alleged victim, identified only as “John Doe,” claims he was repeatedly sexually assaulted by men and women at the disgraced music mogul’s party in June 2022 — including an unnamed celebrity who he was forced to perform oral sex on, the court papers state.
The famous person — only identified as “Celebrity A” — then spit in the trainer’s mouth, the filing alleges.
“While in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced Plaintiff into sexual acts with both men and woman. Plaintiff’s physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body,” the suit, filed in Manhattan earlier this week, said. “These individuals, including Combs, essentially passed Plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favor for their sexual enjoyment.”
The alleged victim, whose client list included stars and other “noteworthy” people, claims he was invited to the event by a fashion designer who had told him Combs was impressed with his “training regime” and wanted to include him in a music video.
He was picked up in a black Lincoln Navigator and driven to the Combs’ Hollywood mansion where he was made to sign a non-disclosure agreement and forced to down a drink that looked like a tequila soda mixed with cranberry juice, according to the suit.
Once inside, the trainer spotted “numerous celebrities” before being ushered into a dimly lit room where he alleges “several well-known figures” were “engaging in group-sex activities.”
Soon after he began to feel “feel disoriented, dizzy and weak,” the trainer alleges Combs approached him, removed his pants and performed oral sex on him.
The Bad Boy Records founder then allegedly ordered him to give the celeb oral sex as well, the suit states.
“Due to the haze of the drug he had been clandestinely served, Plaintiff could not resist Combs’ coercion and ordering. He felt trapped inside of his own body – unable to control it or understand what was happening around him,” according to the papers.
He claims he blacked out at some point during the party and regained consciousness outside his apartment — without his shirt and phone, the suit alleges.

The allegations were laid bare in a wave of civil lawsuits filed against Combs in the Southern District of New York earlier this week.
The flurry of suits were filed after Combs’ lawyers urged a Manhattan federal judge to force prosecutors to reveal the names of the ever-increasing number of accusers who have been coming forward with years-old allegations.
Combs’ lawyers have repeatedly derided the ongoing onslaught of lawsuits as “clear attempts to garner publicity.”
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,” his attorneys said in a recent statement.
“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
The fallen rapper is currently in federal custody after pleading not guilty last month to criminal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.
His reps did not immediately respond to a request for comment Wednesday on the latest lawsuit.
