When the victim, 36, entered the car to speak with the woman, she tried to drive off, but he told her he couldn’t leave with her, police said.

Bishtawi then allegedly jumped out from under a curtain in the backseat and put the victim in a chokehold while pressing a gun against the victim’s head, police said.

When the betrayed suitor attempted to get away, the hubby then allegedly shot the victim twice, hitting him in the thigh and foot, police said.

The pair fled the scene but later surrendered to police, giving conflicting statements to officers, ABC News reported.

The victim, who ended the affair three months ago after his wife found out, claimed to police Bishtawi said he had to die because he dishonored his wife, according to KHOU.

Police said the victim would have bled out if he hadn’t been rushed to the hospital, the outlet reported.

Alolaimi and Bishtawi were each charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault.

Alolaimi’s bond is set at $75,000 while her husband’s bond is set at $100,000, according to court records.
