A billionaire Las Vegas casino magnate made waves by docking his flashy $160 million superyacht — which features a pool, chopper and speedboat — on the shores of the Big Apple, jaw-dropping photos show.

Lorenzo Fertitta, 55, — a former Ultimate Fighting Championship CEO and owner of Red Rock Resorts — parked his 285-foot vessel, “Lonian,” at Chelsea Piers, before jetting off to a lavish dinner and a peek at the Statue of Liberty earlier this week.

The massive, five-level yacht can fit 12 guests and 27 crew members and is decked out with a Jacuzzi, poolside cabanas and an Elliptical workout machine, according to superyachttimes.com.

Fertitta and his wife first made a splash when they cruised into Chelsea Friday and were spotted dining at hotspot for wealthy, Cipriani, Monday.

The couple, who brought their small dog on the voyage,  was then seen Tuesday munching a buffet on board, before inviting a group of friends to join them on the gleaming behemoth.

Their pals were asked to removed their shoes before climbing on board — then zipping off to see Lady Liberty on a high-speed luxury boat.

Fertitta, the son of casino magnate Frank Fertitta, Jr., made the bulk of his $3.2 billion fortune as a UFC mixed martial arts promoter with his former partner, Dana White.

The pair became friends at a prominent Catholic high school in Las Vegas, according to si.com.

Fertitta’s superyacht is of a similar gross tonnage as German tycoon Reinhold Würth’s 265-foot vessel, “Vibrant Curiosity,” which irked tourists when it blocked views of Lady Liberty in August 2017.

At the time, the German billionaire was the third inconsiderate rich guy to hog the free peek at Lady Liberty in a two-month period.

“Lonian” is the 139th largest yacht in the world and was built by the Dutch yacht makers Feadship, according to Superyacht Times.
