Justin Bieber’s dad, Jeremy Bieber, is being slammed for posting photos of his 6-year-old daughter in cheer outfits and bathing suits.
Jeremy and his wife, Chelsea, opened an Instagram page dedicated to Bay where they invite fans to “watch” her “grow.” The bio even clarifies that the “account [is] run by parents.”
However, despite the seemingly good intentions and even controlling who can leave comments, some questionable remarks have been left on some photos where Bay enjoys a day at the pool and practices her cheerleading skills.
In those same photos, many have tried to warn Jeremy and Chelsea about the dangers of posting children on public social media pages.
One woman wrote in a 2021 photo of Bay wearing a purple bathing suit, “I would not Do that! Here [sic] so much Pädophile..[sic] :/”
Another one questioned, “How can you post something like this,” while a third said, “This is so wrong on so many levels.”
In a June 2022 post, where Bay posed in a bikini inside their kitchen, one woman pointed out, “I think you never heard about Pedophiles.”
“Not okay for Public insta,” a netizen wrote in a July 2024 photo of Bay and two of her friends in matching bikinis.
Meanwhile, one concerned social media user commented on a September photo of Bay doing a cheer pose, “Why post this!?! Stop that!!! Poor girl. Say hello to all the p3ds out there.”
Aside from the 30-year-old singer and Bay, Jeremy is also a dad to Jazmyn, 16, and Jaxon, 14. He shares his four kids with three different women.
This is not the first time Justin’s dad has gotten slammed for his online behavior.
During Pride Month in 2023, Jeremy shared a homophobic meme featuring a rainbow flag with the sarcastic caption, “Don’t forget to thank a straight person this month for your existence.”
He added, “U know the reason we’re all here! The things this generation glorifies is unbelievable!”
While trying to defend himself, the dad of four doubled down on his homophobia, saying, “Well I didn’t expect to be thrown into this political arena, but I’m being forced in. Insensitive perhaps but a bigot I am not! #buckleup #truths.”
Since Justin’s rise to fame, his complicated relationship with his dad has also come to light.
The “Sorry” crooner — who recently welcomed his first child with wife Hailey — was raised solo by his mom, Pattie Mallette.
In fact, many blamed Jeremy for Justin’s bad behavior while rising to fame, including Joe Jonas.
However, the two have tried to mend their relationship and Justin wishes his dad a happy birthday via social media every year.
