She was taken to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition, authorities said.

The victim is not believed to have been the intended target, according to police sources.

The victim’s relative told The Post her loved one was standing with a group of teens when the shooting started.

One witness told The Post she was sleeping when she heard gunfire ring out and feared an errant bullet could hit her.

“It was loud like normal shots,” said the woman.

“It’s not safe,” she added.

Police tape blocked off part of a sidewalk that was under scaffolding as more than a dozen cops and investigators worked the scene.

Law enforcement said no arrests have been made as the investigation is ongoing.
