Hugh Grant and his wife Anna Eberstein looked loved-up and relaxed as they attended a football match in Italy over the weekend.

The British actor, 64, and his TV producer wife, 41, were snapped watching Serie A side Como FC as they took on Parma on Saturday.

Como played against Parma at their home stadium, the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia, which sits on the southernmost tip of Lake Como.

Hugh opted for a beige blazer and a white button-up shirt, pairing dark navy trousers with brown shoes, while Anna wore a chequered mini-skirt and a black silk shirt.

Pictures showed them arriving at the stadium together, chatting between themselves, and getting to know the people sitting around them.

In every picture, the couple were smiling and looking relaxed and happy as they took in an afternoon of local sport during their getaway in northern Italy.

The game Hugh and Anna watched finished with a 1-1 draw, with Como FC equalising on 45 minutes after Parma had initially opened the scoring on 20 minutes.

Not present at the match were Hugh and Anna’s three children, John, who was born in 2012, and two daughters born in 2015 and 2018 whose names are unknown.

The pair officially tied the knot back in 2018 after dating for several years, with Hugh telling the Today Show at the time that he was a ‘lucky’ man with a ‘great wife’.

On Sunday, 24 hours after the Como FC game, Hugh took to his account on X to hit back at people who send misogynist abuse to Anna over social media.

He said that even though his wife ‘never thrust herself forward or courted attention in any way’ she was the victim of ‘cyber-bullying’ and highlighted that the abuse was misogynistic.

The Love, Actually star is set to appear in the fourth Bridget Jones film, Mad About the Boy, with Hugh’s character Daniel Cleaver expected to make a sensational return.

The Four Weddings and a Funeral actor starred in the first two Bridget films, but was missing from the third after Daniel Cleaver was reported to have died in a plane crash.

However, in one of the final clips from that 2016 sequel, Bridget Jones’ Baby, Daniel was revealed to be alive after all, teasing his involvement in a fourth film.
