‘Love Is Blind’ star Hannah Jiles reveals stunning 77-pound weight loss — and how she did it

“Love Is Blind” star Hannah Jiles recently revealed her dramatic weight loss on social media — and told The Post exactly how much she shed in the year since taping the show.

“I was 220 during COVID and then I think I was like 175 when we filmed. And then post-show, I lost an additional 32 pounds,” she said ahead of the Netflix dating series’ Season 7 finale, which airs Oct. 23.

Jiles, 27, noticed a change in the online criticism she received after posting a video of her slimmed-down self, which garnered 5.8 million views and more than 3,000 comments on TikTok.

“The comments went from like, ‘She’s such a whale, how dare she,’ to ‘Ozempic.’ So yeah, I think that definitely caught people’s attention,” she said.

On “Love Is Blind,” singles date each other through walled-off pods, never seeing what the other looks like until after they’re engaged.

The West Virginia native was open about her weight loss journey on camera — especially after her soon-to-be fiancé Nick Dorka asked her what bathing suits she packed for the cast’s upcoming trip to Mexico.

“I did not like that at all and that’s why I wanted to say something about my weight . . . because I was like, ‘Am I painting a picture of something that I’m not? I don’t want this person to think that I’m this superficial person,’” she recalled.

“And if you’re just excited to see me in the bikini, you’re not excited to just hang out with me, it’s just gross,” although “he didn’t mean it like,” she said.

Although she doesn’t have a problem with the way she looked on TV, she’s had to endure body-shaming from viewers.

“I’m really glad that I did lose the weight and it’s a really sad reason, but seeing all the really mean comments like ‘She’s so fat,’ … I can’t even imagine how it would feel if I didn’t lose 30 more pounds … That would be horrific,” said Jiles, a medical device sales rep.

The reality star credits her dramatic weight loss to a mixture of pilates, yoga and watching her calorie intake.

“I’m not like a big gym person. I don’t like running . . . I don’t do well on crash diets. So I just started eating less and just eating what I want, just not as much,” she said.

She is also setting the record straight on the assumption she used Ozempic, a drug for diabetics that has become all the rage as a weight-loss med.

“So I did try Ozempic back in the spring. I think I only did it for two weeks. Unfortunately for me, it made me so nauseous,” she said. “It just made me so sick, it was almost like, ‘I’d rather be fat than take this stuff.’”

In the pods, Jiles’ soon-to-be fiancé Nick Dorka told her he was “a little bit better-looking” than Travis Kelce and a “less buff version” of Henry Cavill — so she was “definitely surprised” when she laid eyes on him for the first time, she said. Kinetic Content/Netflix

The blonde beauty dished on why she decided to share the video of her body transformation.

“I posted it because I’m proud of it. I’ve done a lot of work. Whatever that I needed to make me feel better, I did it.”

Jiles, who had about 2,100 followers on Instagram before the show and now clocks in at more than 71,000, said one online critic did make her laugh.

“Someone said I look like a Cabbage Patch linebacker and I was cracking up because I was like, ‘You know, you’re not wrong,’” she said. “If you’re going to be mean, at least be funny.”
