Jay Cutler was arrested for DUI and gun possession Thursday evening in Franklin, Tenn.
The former NFL quarterback, who was married to reality star Kristin Cavallari, was also arrested on failure to exercise due care and violation of implied consent law.
Cutler, 41, was booked into the Williamson County Jail.
He posted a $5,000 bond and was released later that night, a rep for the Franklin Police Department told TMZ Sports.
Other details about Cutler’s arrest are unclear at this time.

They have three children: sons Camden, 11, and Jaxon, 9, and 8-year-old daughter Saylor.
Cutler and his current girlfriend, Samantha Robertson, went public with their relationship in September 2023.
Cutler was originally selected by the Broncos out of Vanderbilt with the 11th overall pick in the 2006 NFL Draft and spent most of his 12 NFL seasons with the Bears.
