What’s the biggest concern for the Canadiens so far this season? | HI/O Show

Former Habs Chris Nilan and Rick Green weigh in on the team’s 2-2-0 start.

The Canadiens have a 2-2-0 record to start the NHL season.

That’s not a bad start, but what’s the biggest concern about the team after watching the first four games?

That’s the first question answered on this week’s episode of the Hockey Inside/Out Show as former Canadiens teammates and Stanley Cup champions Chris Nilan and Rick Green join The Gazette’s Stu Cowan.

Also, the Canadiens scored a power-play goal in each of their first four games and are clicking at 23.5 per cent with the man advantage after being at only 17.5 per cent last season. The Canadiens’ penalty-kill has also been very successful, giving up only one goal on 14 opposition power plays through the first four games. What’s behind this special teams improvement?

Green and Nilan also break down the play of defenceman Kaiden Guhle, who has probably been the Canadiens’ best player through the first four games with 1-3-4 totals and a plus-6 differential.
