Groupe ComediHa! is embarking on a rebranding. The new group, which will now be headquartered in Quebec City, will now be called Just For Entertainment Group, while its annual comedy event in the capital will have a new, familiar name: Festival Juste pour rire — Québec.

Festival Juste pour rire — Québec will take place from Aug. 6 to 17, 2025.

Besides the founding Montreal festival, scheduled for July 16-27, 2025, Just For Laughs has festivals in Bermuda, Toronto, Vancouver and Sydney, Australia, with “other major international cities soon to be announced as part of the brand’s new strategic plan.”

Groupe ComediHa! will also have a new name, Just For Entertainment Group (Groupe Juste pour divertir), which will bring together its activities under the same banner.

The Just For Entertainment banner includes several sectors of activity, including festivals, shows and tours, audiovisual, digital channels and artist representation.

“This evolution signals a new identity for its operations, inspired by the worldwide reputation of the Just For Laughs Group,” the statement reads.
