Kanye West and Bianca Censori concocted divorce rumors to distract from a sexual assault lawsuit filed by the rapper’s former assistant, a new report claims.
“Kanye is concerned that his new lawsuit will drag him down to Diddy’s level and he has been speaking to his legal reps,” an insider told Daily Mail, referring to Sean “Diddy” Combs’ recent arrest for alleged sex trafficking allegations.
“He is paying attention to what is going on with Diddy and some believe that the publicity stunt was a way of overshadowing the details of the harrowing lawsuit.”
Breakup rumors between Censori, 29, and West, 47 — who tied the knot in December 2022 — began earlier this month when sources claimed the duo had separated and were headed for divorce.
Another insider claimed that their “relationship is definitely rocky” due to West’s “high expectations.”
However, they seemed to squash any whispers of relationship woes when they were seen looking cuddly during a trip to Tokyo amid the chatter.
Separation speculation for the pair made headlines shortly before new sexual assault allegations against West surfaced over the weekend.
The “Heartless” artist’s ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, claimed in legal docs obtained by Page Six that she was allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted while attending a studio session with West and Combs.
The model claimed she was given a drink “laced with an unidentified drug” during a studio session in Santa Monica, Calif., and woke up the next day unsure of what happened.
She claimed it wasn’t until “much later” that the Yeezy founder allegedly confessed to her that they “did kind of hook up a little one time,” referencing the night she was allegedly drugged, per the complaint.
Pisciotta felt “disgusted and numb” after West’s alleged confession and wanted to quit but proceeded with caution by distancing herself in order to avoid being blacklisted, according to the suit.
Shortly after, however, she was fired and claimed in her amended suit — which was originally filed in June — that she was never paid $3 million in severance that she was allegedly owed.
The OnlyFans user accused West of sending her vulgar text messages, one of which allegedly read: “See my problem is I be wanting to f–k but then after I f–k I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f–ked while I’m f–ing them. Then I want her to cheat on me.”
She also claimed that she witnessed the designer masturbate next to her before falling asleep and became angry with her when she turned down his advances to “date or have sex” with him.
West’s lawyers called Pisciotta’s allegations “baseless,” telling Page Six in a statement in June that she pursued the rapper “sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits.”
West’s attorneys claimed that Pisciotta allegedly blackmailed West when “her advances were rejected.”
“Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved,” the legal team claimed.
“She was terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct.”
A rep for West did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The new accusations come amid Diddy’s highly publicized legal drama.
Dozens of victims have accused the Bad Boy Records founder, 54, of sexual assault and rape, all of which he and his legal team has vehemently denied. Diddy — who knew West due to their same ties in the music industry — was arrested last month and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and other crimes. He remains in a Brooklyn jail without bail.
