Police have found a missing Chelmsford man and four children safe and well.
Jethro Cox, 38, was reported missing from his home and was believed to be with four children aged five, four and two two-year-olds.
Officers described Mr Cox as being around 6ft tall with brown hair, stubble and tattoos on his arm.
He was wearing a white jumper, jeans and white trainers, and is believed to be driving a white Ford C-Max.
Mr Cox has links to Romford and Hainault in east London and ‘may have travelled in that direction from Essex’, the force added.
Essex Police confirmed on Sunday evening that Mr Cox and the four children have been found safe and well.
A spokesperson for the force said: ‘Good news! We’re no longer searching for Jethro Cox who had been missing with four children.
‘All five individuals have been located safely and without incident.
‘We thank everyone who took the time to share our appeal; your efforts really do make a difference.’
