Joe Rogan teases possible Trump interview ahead of election

Joe Rogan has previously made it clear that he has rejected offers to interview Donald Trump on his podcast.

Fast-forward two years and Rogan has changed his tune and would welcome Trump on his show. But the Republican presidential nominee has yet to bite.

That said, during a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience, the host hinted that the day might soon come where Trump would be sitting in his studio.

Guest Patrick Bet-David asked him, “So when are you having Trump on?” And Rogan casually replied, “I don’t know.”

Similar to Lloyd Christmas thinking there was a chance, Bet-David smiled a little and suggested that Rogan might have something in the works.

“Maybe. Maybe,” Rogan said cryptically.

Rogan did share the questions he already has in his mind for Trump, most of it to get his perspective on being in the White House, and the logistics that come with the presidency.

“I would like to know what is it like when you actually get into office? I would like to know things like what is it like versus perception?”

“When do you know that people are f—ing with you? When do you know that the intelligence agencies (are) lying to you?”

“When you decided to fire (former FBI director James) Comey, what was the thought? How much did you know?”

“What’s the machine like? What is the deep state really like, really like?”

Trump said, “Well, I don’t think there was any tension. And I’ve always liked him.”

As for appearing on Rogan’s show, Trump hedged, “But I don’t know about doing his podcast. I guess I’d do it, but I haven’t been asked and I’m not asking them. I’m not asking anybody.”

However, Trump’s new hype man Elon Musk believes the former POTUS will indeed show up on the Joe Rogan Experience.

In response to a report from ZeroHedge that said, “Rogan Has 25 Days to Interview Trump,” the Tesla CEO seemed confident: “It will happen.”
