Reward for arrest of alleged Quebec drug dealer raised to $250,000

All Boivin is wanted on several Canada-wide warrants for drug trafficking

The Sûreté du Québec announced on Tuesday that the reward for information leading to the arrest of alleged drug dealer All Boivin has been raised to $250,000.

Until Tuesday, the price on Boivin’s head was $100,000. The SQ said Boivin is wanted on several Canada-wide warrants for drug trafficking in Saguenay, Quebec City, Brossard and Abbottsford British Columbia.

The 34-year-old Boivin stands 6 feet tall and weighs about 240 pounds. He was brown hair and brown eyes, a scar on his left shoulder and multiple tattoos.

In its information capsule on Boivin, the Bolo Program, which amplifies police notices on wanted criminal suspects, warns the public Boivin could be armed and dangerous and should not be approached if seen.

The SQ notes that Boivin has used false identities in the past to avoid capture and “could be anywhere in Quebec.”

Anyone with any information on Boivin’s whereabouts can also contact the SQ’s criminal information line at 1-800-659-4264.
