Towie star Billi Mucklow has been spotted ringless and smiling just days after she and footballer Andy Carroll announced their divorce.
The former couple, who have been together for 11 years and wed in 2022 in at the Four Seasons hotel in a lavish Hampshire ceremony, announced their separation earlier this week, stating they had ‘grown apart’.
Andy, 35, said in a statement: ‘Billi and I have privately separated earlier this year and we are under way with our proceedings.
‘It has been a hard few months for our family and we continue to move forward amicably for our children.’
Billi, 36, and Andy share three children Arlo, eight, Wolf, five, and Marvel Mae, two. Andy is also the father of Emilie Rose, 12, and Lucas, 11, who are from a previous relationship.
While both parties have been keeping a low profile since the news broke, Billi has now been spotted in good spirits out running errands with a friend.
Wearing ankle-length black exercise pants, a black Prada waterproof jacket, and green running shoes, she accessorised her look with chic sunglasses, but something was noticeably missing.
The reality star did not appear to be wearing her diamond wedding ring on her manicured hands during the coffee outing, which she was accompanied on by a friend.
Billi has not yet spoken out about her split from Andy, however, a source told : ‘Andy and Billi care about each other a lot and have made some great memories together, but decided it was best for the family if they went their separate ways having grown apart.
‘They’re still focusing on the kids and being the best parents they can be and being respectful of each other.
‘They want the process to be straightforward for everyone involved. Andy has been throwing himself into his football.’
It follows reports that Andy has been spending time with hairstylist and friend of Harry Styles, Lou Teasdale.
While there is no confirmation of anything more than a friendship between them, sources have revealed to The Sun that they have been seen going on multiple outings together since Andy announced his and Billi’s decision to separate.
One insider said: ‘Andy and Lou have apparently been on a few dates and people have said she’s even been to France, where he plays for Bordeaux, to see him.’
They continued to say Billi will likely be ‘shocked’ by the news as ‘her only concern has been for the three children they share together.’
Andy and Billi’s past relationship faced a rough patch soon before their wedding after the footballer , who later identified herself as Taylor Jane Wilkey, on his bed.
Billi moved out of their family home upon seeing the photo but appeared to forgive her now-ex after Taylor insisted nothing happened between them.
Taylor claimed she ‘took the photo as a joke’ and said ‘Andy was steaming’ when he arrived at the hotel and passed out.
