Shirtless Tom Brady shows off on Instagram: ‘Analysts have to stay in shape too!’

If Tom Brady wants to have people stop asking him if he’s going to return to the NFL every time a quarterback gets injured, he’s doing a terrible job of it.

Brady, who retired following the 2022 season at 45 years old, is still very much looking in game shape in shirtless pictures of himself that he posted on Instagram.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion who began his role as a colour commentator for Fox this year shared his workout regimen with his 15 million followers along with several snaps of himself getting to work.

“Color (sic) analysts have to stay in shape too!” Brady wrote in the caption.

“Added some swimming into the workout routine this year … great muscle resistance and some aerobic cardio all at once.”

The workout consisted of weighted step-ups, heavy resistance band push-ups and box jumps to be repeated four times.

In the post, Brady tagged the No Bull brand, which merged with his TB12 Nutrition.

The workout posting got his followers talking, with some fans begging for a comeback and others simply in awe.

“The Dolphins need you,” one user replied.

“Come back, goat, you still got a few more in you,” another wrote.

“Demure called. They want their QB back,” a third user commented.

“Hottest man on the planet,” another simply replied.

This isn’t the first time that Brady has shared his fitness routines. In August, he posted to his YouTube channel a video of himself bench pressing 245 pounds.

If Brady were to return to the field, he would be leaving a lot of money in the booth. The former all-pro signed a 10-year, $375-million deal with Fox to become the network’s lead analyst.

His venture into the booth hasn’t exactly been smooth sailing so far.

He garnered mixed reviews for his debut before starting to settle in over the course of the next two games, which he has worked with play-by-play man Kevin Burkhardt.

During the third quarter of the game with the hosts down 28-6 and Brady in the middle of giving analysis, the Cowboys were called for a false start on star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.

That led to Brady to stop and say, “Another penalty, oh my God.”

“Well if you’re frustrated, I’m guessing they’re frustrated,” Burkhardt replied.
