Police investigating stabbing in Sud-Ouest borough

A 34-year-old man who stabbed during an altercation on Notre-Dame St. W. near Rose-de-Lima St. in Sud-Ouest borough Monday night is out of danger, the Montreal police said on Tuesday.

The police had made no arrests as of Tuesday and were continuing their investigation, police spokesperson Jean-Pierre Brabant said.

A 911 call just before midnight led the police to the man, who was on the street and rushed to a hospital.
