NFL Defensive Player of the Year odds: Aidan Hutchinson favored after hot start

There’s a new Defensive Player of the Year favorite in the NFL

After two weeks, Aiden Hutchinson (+400) has taken over the top spot on the DPOY odds board at DraftKings Sportsbook.

The Lions defensive end has been utterly dominant through two games with 10 total tackles, a league-leading 5.5 sacks and a forced fumble.

The third-year Michigan product has quickly become one of the top pass rushers in the NFL, registering 21 total sacks through his first two seasons after being drafted second overall in the 2022 NFL Draft by Detroit.

Despite last week’s loss to the Buccaneers, the Lions’ defense has looked much-improved thanks in large part to Hutchinson’s leap, allowing 20 points in each contest through two weeks and just five yards per play.
