Toronto’s going to Enter Sandman.

Heavy metal kingpins Metallica has announced two all-ages shows at Rogers Centre on April 24 and 26 as the only Canadian dates of the M72 North American tour in 2025.

Metallica is extending its record-breaking M72 World Tour into a third year with two-night tickets for the newly announced No Repeat Weekends — meaning each night will feature entirely different set lists and support acts.

Tickets for the single nights are on sale Sept. 27 at 10 a.m. at livenation.com. Fan club pre-sales begin Sept. 23 at 10 a.m. at metallica.lnk.to/M72WorldTour2025.

In Toronto, Pantera and Suicidal Tendencies will support on April 24 and Limp Bizkit and Ice Nine Kills on April 26.

As always since 2017, a portion of proceeds from every ticket sold will go to local charities via the band’s All Within My Hands foundation, an effort that has raised over $15 million.

The North American leg starts on April 12 in Las Vegas at Sick New World on the Las Vegas Festival Grounds and wraps up on June 27 and 29 in Denver at Empower Field at Mile High.

In other concert news, Shania Twain has a July 15 date at the Theatre at Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto with tickets on sale now.
