Perv NYC medic gropes patient, makes creepy comments after being set free after molestation claims: cops

A Queens doctor molested a male patient and made sick comments about his private parts — months after he was arrested for fondling another man and released without bail, cops and sources said.

Alleged pervy physician Dr. Amir Sitafalwalla, 72, asked a 21-year-old man to drop his pants during a visit at Modern MD in Woodhaven on the evening of Aug. 14, according to a criminal complaint.

Sitafalwalla rubbed the patient’s inner thigh before groping the victim’s genitalia, the court doc said.

Dr. Amir Sitafalwalla allegedly molested a male patient and made sick comments about his private parts — months after he was arrested for fondling another man and was released without bail.

“You have a beautiful penis,” Sitafalwalla allegedly told his patient., “How big is your penis when it’s erect?”

He then sickeningly added, “Your penis is straight and not curved like mine,” the complaint charges.

Sitafalwalla was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse, cops said.

Sitafalwalla was ordered held on $10,000 bail, which he posted, according to prosecutors and online records.

In a similar incident on Jan. 19, 2023 at the same practice, Sitafalwalla allegedly targeted a 25-year-old male patient who was visiting for a COVID-19 test, according to a criminal complaint.

The victim was lying on an examination bed when the creepy medic asked him to unbuckle his pants, according to the complaint.

The doctor then groped the man’s private area before muttering, “You have a nice penis. Good length. I wish mine was like yours. Mine is not as thick,” the court document states.

Then, when the young patient sat upright, the doctor asked him to pull down his mask before grabbing his face and kissing him, according to the complaint.

The doctor was arrested two months later for that offense and released on his own recognizance, online records show.

Now, the Queens District Attorney’s Office and the NYPD’s Queens Special Victims Squad are trying to determine whether Sitafalwalla has victimized anyone else.
