Why we love it: Parisian fragrance house Diptyque has opened a boutique in Vancouver.
The latest location marks the first standalone Diptyque store in Western Canada.
Curated to look like an inviting Parisian apartment — complete with bookcases and a carved central fireplace — the space also takes inspiration from the many natural elements of Vancouver and its surroundings via colour, texture and material.
“A medley of wood, stone and shell fragments, green and white tones, this latest boutique at the heart of Vancouver is a feast for the senses and the mind, like a stroll along a seawall,” according to a news release.
The new boutique offers a full selection of the Diptyque fragrances including the bestselling 34 Boulevard Saint-Germain, Do Son, Eau Rose and others, as well as candles and skin care.
The price: From $60.
