Guerlain Abeille Royale Cleansing Care-in-Mousse

They say: A new cleanser addition to the Abeille Royale collection from Guerlain, this face wash features a blend of honeys, including black bee honey from Ouessant Island in Brittany, France, along with royal jelly. Formulated with 90 per cent naturally derived ingredients, the cleanser features lipid microbeads that ‘melt’ on skin.

We say: A wonderful sensorial experience — the feel, the scent! — our tester found this facial cleanser to be gentle yet effective. A small amount applied to skin built into a nice creamy foam, washing away the day’s dirt and makeup and leaving behind smooth, refreshed skin.

Briogeo Style + Treat Yuzu + Plum Air Dry Hair Styling Cream.

Briogeo Style + Treat Yuzu + Plum Air Dry Hair Styling Cream

They say: A frizz-fighting air dry cream for straight or wavy hair that features yuzu extract, plum oil and a proprietary Super B-Complex to boost hair’s softness, enhance natural texture and nourish strands.

We say: Our tester applied this product to her wavy, frizz-prone strands after showering. Smoothed through with a wide-tooth comb, she reports her natural waviness was nicely set by morning. Strands looked smoothed and the texture more defined. True to its claims, it did help to fight frizz too.

CHANEL No.1 de Chanel Revitalizing Eye Serum.

Chanel No.1 de Chanel Revitalizing Eye Serum

We say: This lightweight serum left our tester’s eye area appearing more hydrated and smooth — and less tired, she reports. A nice base for makeup application, she found the cooling roller was like a mini (and much welcome!) massage to the eye area.
