Montreal police have launched an investigation into the death of a woman whose body was found Monday night in an apartment in the borough of Lachine.
First responders were called to the scene on 32nd Ave. by a 911 call at about 7:45 p.m. The body of a 64-year-old woman was found on site but the cause of death has yet to be determined.
The woman’s death is being treated by police as suspicious and the investigation was continuing on Tuesday morning.
