Mets’ bullpen overhaul continues with Marlins’ Huascar Brazoban in latest trade deadline move

The Mets added yet another bullpen piece at the trade deadline.

Righty Huascar Brazoban comes to the Amazin’s from the Marlins as the latest piece of a remade relief corps.

Earlier in the day, the Mets acquired Tyler Zuber from the Rays, and added Ryne Stanek and Phil Maton previously.

Brazoban, 34, has appeared in 20 games for Miami this season, accumulating a 1-2 record with a 2.93 ERA and 1.01 WHIP over 30.2 innings.

The Mets sent infielder Wilfredo Laura, their 22nd-ranked prospect per MLB.com, back to the Marlins for their half of the transaction.

They also bolstered their rotational depth with starter Paul Blackburn from the A’s on Tuesday.
