Alex Rodriguez and girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro likely haven’t missed a workout during their dreamy European vacation.
The Yankees legend and fitness entrepreneur showed off their six-pack abs while at the beach in Sardinia on Friday, as seen in photos exclusively obtained by The Post.
Rodriguez, 48, and Cordiero, 44, held hands while strolling in the sand.

Other snaps showed the couple on a boat with fellow passengers, which appeared to include Rodriguez’s daughters Natasha, 19, and Ella, 16.
Cordiero, who looked stunning in a vibrant red bikini, was also seen driving a jet ski.
The group spent time together on the private boat, where Rodriguez was seen lounging in a pair of dark swim shorts and tinted sunglasses.

The 14-time MLB All-Star, who is currently an MLB analyst for Fox Sports, usually vacations overseas during this time of year.
The couple’s European holiday came after Rodriguez discussed Cordeiro’s influence on his fitness journey.
Rodriguez, who has spoken candidly about his weight gain during the COVID-19 pandemic, revealed his 32-pound weight loss last fall.

“Everything’s been going good [with us]. Thank God,” Rodriguez told The Post in April. “She’s been a good influence with me. I’ve been working hard and trying to stay in shape, and continuing to try to copy some of her great work ethic and health and wellness practices.”
The 2009 World Series champion explained that he shed the pounds by following a fitness program created by Cordeiro.

“Just being consistent, which is what I’ve learned from her, has been very helpful,” Rodriguez said. “I’ve been training seven days a week. I’ve eliminated a lot of the steak. I was a big steak eater. I used to eat steak probably eight out of 10 days, and now only one or two [days] out of 10 days. And then I do these 45-minute walks after dinner.”
Rodriguez went public with their relationship in December 2022, when he shared a photo of the couple posing together beside his two daughters.
The pair was first linked two months prior in October 2022 when they were seen shopping together in Beverly Hills.
Rodriguez and Cordeiro got together after his split from fitness expert Kathryne Padgett.
He shares daughters Natasha and Ella with his ex-wife, Cynthia Scurtis.
