Christina Hall accuses ex Josh Hall of transferring $35K of her money into his account, demands it to be returned

Things are getting messier between Christina Hall (née Haack) and Josh Hall.

Haack, 41, reportedly filed new court documents this week and accused her ex — who she filed for divorce from last week — of taking $35,000 of her money and transferring it into his personal bank account.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Hall, 43, allegedly took the money from Haack’s separate property rental income. Haack reportedly said in the docs that she has two rental properties in Tennessee.

“I am asking for Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me as those funds are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for these rental properties,” Haack reportedly stated in the docs.

The “Christina on the Coast” star alleged that Hall contacted her property manager via text on July 8, the day after they both filed for divorce, and asked if their “June payments” can be “sent to a different account when it’s time.”

Haack claimed she learned about Hall’s alleged actions on July 21. She said he lied in the text, which she provided screenshots of, because she “had no personal contact” with him on July 8.

“I would not have asked him to send himself my money the day after I told him we are getting divorced,” she reportedly wrote in the docs.

She further claimed that the property manager transferred the money to Hall’s account because they believed he had Haack’s permission.

The Post has reached out to Hall’s rep for comment.

In the court filing, Haack also reportedly claimed Hall’s attorney sent her a letter demanding she “preserve electronic evidence without it being automatically deleted.” So, Haack said she unplugged the cameras in the former couple’s residence, but Hall allegedly has plugged them back in every time he comes home.

She said that “would allow him to keep me and my children under surveillance. I object to him having that access into my home.”

According to ET, the HGTV star also said that her spousal support and attorney fee payments to Hall should be “straightforward” and “minimal.”

“Like all hard-working mothers, my life revolves around my children and my work,” Haack reportedly wrote in the docs. “It is my understanding that Josh has his own income and therefore he should not need any spousal support from me.”

Haack and Hall each filed paperwork to end their marriage last week. Haack listed their date of separation as July 7, while Hall listed it as July 8.

Hall has reportedly requested spousal support and for his ex to pay his legal fees. In Haack’s filing, the mother of three reportedly asked the court not to award alimony to either party.

Following the split, Hall has been dropped from the upcoming HGTV series “The Flip Off,” also starring Haack’s ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, and his new wife, Heather Rae El Moussa (née Young).

The show, expected to premiere in 2025, was supposed to see the two couples compete against each other. However, the El Moussas confirmed in a recent interview that the program will now be “us against her.”

Haack and El Moussa’s marriage lasted from 2009 to 2018. They share daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8,

She was then married to her second husband, British car specialist Ant Anstead, from 2018 to 2021.

Haack got married for the third time to Hall on Oct. 6, 2021. They had a bigger oceanfront wedding ceremony in Hawaii during Labor Day Weekend 2022.

At the time of their marriage, Haack posted on Instagram, “Shared vows in front of family and our close friends. Everything in life has led me to where I am right now, which is exactly where I want to be.”
