Murray, 37, has won three Grand Slam singles titles during his career, including two triumphs in his home at Wimbledon in 2013 and 2016.

Murray has dealt with a litany of injuries throughout his career, most recently undergoing back surgery that forced him to withdraw from this month’s Wimbledon singles.

He did participate in doubles alongside his brother Jamie, with the duo losing in the first round in an emotional scene on the British star’s home soil.

Murray also won the U.S. Open in 2012.

The Scotland native enters the Olympics looking to add a third gold medal after claiming top honors in the men’s single competitions in 2012 and 2016.
