MLB makes significant change to 2025 Yankees-Mets Subway Series

New York baseball fans will need some extra tokens next season.

The Yankees and Mets are slated to face each other for six games in the 2025 MLB schedule released Thursday.

They will play each other just four times this season, with the second of the two-game sets beginning Tuesday in The Bronx.

Next year, the matchup starts at Yankee Stadium from May 16-18 and finishes up at Citi Field from July 4-6.

Both series will be on the weekend.
