Kevin Desbiens, 26, who was arrested on July 10, had already been arrested for sexual assault on a minor in 2022.
The Sûreté du Québec has turned to the public in an effort to determine whether a sexual-assault suspect alleged to have exposed himself to minors had other victims.
Kevin Desbiens, 26, of Lévis was arrested July 10 and appeared in court in Quebec City on July 16.
Provincial police allege Desbiens would drive a GMC cube truck and use it to approach and follow minors and then expose his genitals to them. Investigators say they have reason to believe that Desbiens, who was arrested for sexual assault on a minor in 2022, may have had other victims.
