Police are reporting major injuries and the area is closed to traffic.
A serious road accident took place Friday afternoon at the intersection of Route 335 and St-Saëns St. in Laval.
A truck heading south on Route 335 collided head-on a vehicle headed north at around 2 p.m.
“The two vehicles caught fire,” said Stéphanie Beshara, a spokesperson for Laval police. “That caused another accident involving two other vehicles. At the moment we’re talking about major injuries, I don’t have the exact number.”
The area was completely closed to traffic for the time being.
