In a chaotic skirmish outside the BBC, a fan was reportedly hit in the face when Sabrina Carpenter’s bodyguard opened an umbrella.

The Please Please Please singer was in London for Capital Summertime Ball before covering Chappell Roan’s Good Luck Babe for the BBC’s Live Lounge.

On Tuesday, the 25-year-old star arrived to a crowd of photographers and fans but was quickly moved through and into the building by her muscular guards.

In a video, the men seemed to push the gathered people out of the way to create a path through, with one putting up a large blue umbrella.

Sabrina was huddled close to her security as she made a beeline for the entrance but took a second to smile at the bystanders.

At this point the umbrella is moved and lifted once again, appearing to hit someone as a shout of ‘woah my eye like’ can be heard.

Another member of Sabrina’s team stopped to check on the injured person before walking into the building behind the Espresso hitmaker.

In the commotion, a photographer’s camera was pushed and another man was shoved away from her.

Dressed in a baby pink outfit, the blonde haired songstress disappeared into the building seemingly unaware of the possible injury.

The outing was hours after she announced her new fragrance Sweet Tooth: Caramel Dream Eau De Parfum.

Sabrina has also revealed her new album Short and Sweet will be out in late August plus she will tour the US soon.

Taking a leaf out of friend Taylor Swift’s book, the singer has kept incredibly busy of late enjoying her global chart success after opening for the Eras Tour.

However, fame doesn’t seem to have gone to her head as she looked amused after British rapper Cee, 26, completely ignored her as they sat front row at Louis Vuitton menswear show during Paris Fashion Week.

Sabrina smiled as he leaned away from her at the show, taking the interaction on the chin as she focused on the runway ahead of her.

She attended without her boyfriend Barry Keoghan, who also starred in her latest music video as she begs for her man not to ’embarrass’ her.

In a teasy interaction, she seemed to confirm the song was about her Saltburn beau commenting her lyric ‘I heard that you’re an actor!’ on his Instagram post of the music video.

Discussing their relationship, Sabrina told Rolling Stone: ‘The [dating] pool is the pool, and when you meet people that feel authentic and are so brilliant and amazing in every way, that’s what you do.

‘Obviously, I write songs about exactly how I feel, so I guess I can’t be so surprised that people are interested in who and what those songs are about. That’s something that comes with the territory.’
