Jasson Dominguez out up two months as Yankees return crushed by new injury

Jason Dominguez will remain on the shelf for up to two months, Yankees manager Aaron Boone said Thursday.

The hard-hitting prospect landed on the IL with a left side/oblique injury this week — less than a week after finishing a rehab assignment following Tommy John surgery.

“It’s a pretty significant strain, so probably up to eight weeks until he’s playing games,” Boone told reporters.
