Two adults and two teens arrested after armed robbery in Saskatoon

Staff fled and locked them inside a business they tried to rob Thursday night on 222nd Street West, police said.

An attempted armed robbery in the 2400 block of 22nd Street West led to the arrest of two adults and two teens on Thursday night.

Officers were called around 11:45 p.m. and arrived to find the suspects locked inside a business, city police said in a Friday news release.

A 38-year-old woman, a 22-year-old man and two girls, ages 14 and 16, are charged with armed robbery.

The woman is also charged with obstruction. The 14-year-old girl is accused of breaching court-imposed conditions and was wanted on two outstanding warrants.
