$4.6 million Beverly Hills mansion overrun by hard-partying squatters — outraging neighbors

Rowdy squatters have taken over a Beverly Hills mansion and turned it into an apparent drug-and-sex fueled party house – leaving neighbors up in arms and calling for their ouster.

The multimillion-dollar pad previously owned by a doctor who reportedly fled the country amid a probe into his ex-girlfriend’s murder years ago has become the center of outrage in the ritzy neighborhood filled with a number of A-list celebs.

Fran Solomon, who owns the house next door that she rents out, warned the raucous ragers could get someone killed.

“There’s a roaming pit bull with children around,” she told ABC 7 LA. “There are people drunk and stoned, wobbling, walking in and out, and then driving the canyons. Does someone need to be killed before the police will do something?”

Condoms and drug paraphernalia are littered outside the home, according to the station.

The partiers have reportedly been squatting there for a few months, advertising bashes and charging admission.

“It isn’t like people are showing up at 8 or 9 at night, they’re showing up at 2 in the morning with loud cars, motorcycles, Ubers, they’re parking everywhere, they block the streets,” another neighbor named Rick told the station.

Solomon, in a separate interview with NBC Los Angeles, said the parties last “through crazy hours of the night.”

“There have been narcotics seen in cars that are at the house,” she told the station. “These party goers are ringing neighbors’ doorbells at two and four o’clock in the morning.”

But getting the unwelcomed neighbors to bounce has proven difficult.

The house was previously owned by Dr. Munir Uwaydah, who is believed to have fled from the country following his ex-girlfriend’s murder in which his assistant was charged, according to reports. But the murder suspect, Kelly Soo Park, was found innocent in the slaying of 21-year-old Juliana Redding a decade ago.

Uwaydah has never been charged in the case and denied any involvement in the crime. He was later charged in a sprawling medical insurance scheme with several other associates in 2015.

Property records indicate the house was most recently owned by MDRCA Properties LLC, though the company filed for bankruptcy last year, NBC LA reported.

James Allen, an LAPD senior lead officer, told the Daily Mail the new residents of the home claimed they were pals of the former owner and were allowed to stay there.

He cautioned the ownership of the home is unclear and is entering foreclosure.

“I guess he left his friends in the house. I guess we can say they’re squatters. But they’re squatters to the owner that’s in foreclosure to the bank,” Allen told the outlet.

He added the home is being used outside of its purpose — illegally — and there’s an effort to evict them.

A broker hired by the court to sell the home, John Woodward IV, claimed the occupants said they had a lease and insisted they were leasing the home when he confronted them about staying there, KTLA reported. One of the apparent squatters also told KTLA they had a lease and declined further comment.

The four-bedroom home has been on the market for $4.6 million, according to a listing.

Famous residents who live nearby are musician John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen, Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane, as well as Jeff Bezos and Steve Wynn, according to KTLA.

Rick, one of the annoyed neighbors, told NBC LA he hopes the squatters are evicted in the near future, but fears it might take months, which Solomon isn’t happy about considering how expensive it is to live in the area.

“This is a very affluent area, paying exorbitant taxes and we can’t seem to get the proper response from the LAPD to close this down,” Solomon reportedly said.

“The law abiding citizens aren’t getting protection from criminals that have taken over a home that doesn’t belong to them.”
