Miami home that once belonged to the former owners of the famed Sagamore Hotel South Beach lists for $12.99M

A gated North Miami estate on Biscayne Bay that was once owned by two famed hoteliers is on the market for $12.99 million.

The sellers are Roslyn, NY, transplants David and April Reimer. The couple bought the contemporary home in 2021 for a then- North Miami record $10.6 million from Neil and Jennifer Sazant, the former owners of the historic Sagamore Hotel South Beach. They sold that iconic property in 2016 for $63 million.

The Sazants had scored a massive pandemic-era profit, as they had bought this home, at 1995 Northeast 118th Road, for $3.94 million in 2017, according to property records.
